World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

The World of Warcraft item upgrade system lets players increase the level of their weapons, armor, and trinkets. Some upgraded items are only able to be rerolled only if the original item was Unique Epic, Rare, or Rare. Extraordinary items can also be rerolled but the original stats are replaced by an uncapped bonus. Rerolling a Rare or Epic item will produce an ordinary version, while doing the same with the Epic version will result in an elite version.
